Alchemy
Alchemy thrives throughout the Vanilla, Burning Crusade, and Wrath of the Lich King trilogy. Building on this strong foundation, we've drawn inspiration from the future while introducing our own creative twists to elevate this iconic profession even further.
Profession Bonus: Mixology
You receive 100% increased duration and 25% increased effect from elixirs and flasks.
Philosopher's Stone
The reworked Philosopher's Stone is now an upgradeable and equippable trinket. Begin with a Crude Philosopher's Stone and refine it into powerful tiers like the Inlaid Philosopher's Stone to unlock Transmutations. When equipped, these stones also amplify the healing effects of potions, adding utility and progression to your craft.
New Recipes
Enhance your strength with powerful options like the Melee Attack Power Flask or broaden your abilities with versatile Reputation Elixirs. Discover an array of new Potions, Flasks, and Elixirs to craft, consume, and trade, offering endless opportunities to boost your potential.
Blacksmithing
Blacksmithing thrives as a craft of strength and ingenuity, shaping the tools of battle and protection. Inspired by Wrath of the Lich King and enhanced with our creative twists, we've refined and expanded this iconic profession to make it even more rewarding for aspiring smiths.
Profession Bonus: Repair All
Stay battle-ready with Repair All, a new blacksmithing ability that instantly restores the durability of all your gear. With two ranks offering cooldowns of 8 and 4 hours, this skill ensures you're always prepared for the fight ahead.
Belt Buckles
Blacksmiths forge new possibilities with powerful Belt Buckles, permanent enchants for belts that boost all stats. Available in four tiers — Silver, Iron, Mithril, and Arcanite — these upgrades ensure every level can benefit from the blacksmith's craft.
New Recipes
Expand your arsenal with Blacksmithing's array of new craftable items. From tanking swords and maces to thrown weapons and versatile armor sets, these recipes offer powerful options for every role and playstyle.
Cooking
Cooking remains a simple and accessible profession, perfect for crafting delicious meals to sustain adventurers. As a minor profession, it stays true to its straightforward nature and does not include any additional profession bonuses, ensuring it remains a supportive and enjoyable craft for all.
Black Coffee
Start your day with a strong brew of Black Coffee, perfect for waking up and staying alert during your adventures. A simple yet essential drink for any adventurer on the go.
Juicy Bear Burgers
Sink your teeth into a Juicy Bear Burger, a hearty and satisfying meal that provides a much-needed boost for any traveler. Packed with flavor and energy, it's the perfect comfort food after a long day.

Enchanting
Enchanting is the art of imbuing the mundane with the magical, elevating equipment with spells and arcane power. Inspired by the bonuses of Wrath of the Lich King and enriched with custom flair, Epoch's enchanting system offers new effects, rewards, and depth to reward those who seek mastery of this ancient art.
Ring Enchants
As a magical bonus profession-only bonus, Enchanters may imbue their personal rings with Spell Power, Attack Power, or Stamina enchants. These recipes level as you do, with five total tiers to learn.
Shard Transmutes
Don't let your materials go to waste! All small shards can be transformed into a large shard of the same type, on a 20-hour shared cooldown.
Stave Crafting... and More!
Enchanters will now be able to craft metal staves using new materials available from Enchanting vendors. New recipes for staves, wands, offhands, and of course, enchants, can be found around the world.
Engineering
Engineering dazzles as a chaotic blend of creativity and combustion, offering gadgets, explosives, and mechanical marvels. Epoch builds on engineering's inventive foundations with explosive new schematics, upgraded utility devices, and just enough misfires to keep things interesting.
Powerful Profession
Engineering historically held the top spot as the most valuable profession. In order to balance desirability between professions, it does not boast a statistic bonus for its practitioners.
But Wait... There's More!
While engineering doesn't offer a stat bonus, it still boasts all the tools and toys you love from a vanilla world -- plus numerous new patterns and some crafts you might recognize from the future....

The eternal question -- what flavor of engineer do you wish to be? Both traditions of engineering boast new toys to play with... or explode!
Fishing
Fishing is more than a pastime—it's a gateway to hidden treasures, powerful ingredients, and peaceful moments across Epoch's evolving waters. We've infused the Wrath-era system with new catches, rare finds, and daily quests that make every cast worth the wait.
Fishing with Flair
Fishing has been lovingly restored to vanilla zones and implemented in our custom content. As you explore every shore, carry your lures in style in new fishing Tackle Boxes.
Casting Fire
One of our new custom fishing areas is... anywhere you find lava. But not just any rod will do - you'll need to search out one of two rods capable of angling in these most treacherous of... waters?
Bobbing with Friends
Daily quests for fishing are available in Blackmaw Village at launch. Completing every daily is one of the requirements for our new Fishing Meta achievement which rewards the "Salty" title.
First Aid
First Aid returns as a fast, responsive tool for survival-minded adventurers. While simplified in modern WoW, we've restored and enhanced this vital craft that offers tactical value in both solo play and group content.
Classic First Aid
First aid has been restored to its 1.12 state including the "Triage" capstone quest in Hammerfall and Theramore.
Upgraded Bandages
To account for increased health pools due to TBC Stamina scaling, the amount healed by bandages has been increased.
Engaging Content
First Aid materials are now objectives of quests, opening a new market for crafting and selling your emergency supplies to others.
Herbalism
Herbalism flourishes as a gathering profession rooted in exploration and discovery, harvesting nature's raw magic from every corner of the world. Epoch introduces new profession bonuses and rare finds that reward the curious and the careful alike.
Natural Talent
Herbalists will find that their experience harvesting magical plants pays off in an increase to their resistance to all schools of magic. This bonus increases as you level up.
Lotus Affinity
Like later versions of WoW, herbalists on Epoch will sometimes find Black Lotus bundled with other high level herbs.
Brutal Pickings
Many Creatures throughout the world can now be herbed upon death to grant additional resources.
Leatherworking
Leatherworking endures as the craft of wild hunts and hardened hides, transforming beast-skin into battle-ready gear. We've expanded this profession beyond its Classic-era roots, introducing unique patterns, exotic sets, and new reasons to chase down the rarest prey in Azeroth.
Armor Kits
As a leatherworker you'll have access to temporary armor kits that attach to your bracers. Choose between Spell Power, Attack Power, and Stamina versions.
Must Go Faster...
Rush to battle or speed away from danger using a custom Leatherworking saddle that increases your mounted speed by up to 5% at max level. And you won't have to stop as often thanks to new Leatherworking bags.
Dragons and Elements
While new recipes are available for all leatherworkers, we've particularly focused on new patterns for the Dragonscale and Elemental specializations.
Mining
Mining endures as the backbone of industry and warfare, unearthing the veins that power professions across Azeroth. In Epoch, we've deepened this essential craft with new ore types and hidden bonuses that give diggers and delvers even more reason to seek the riches below.
Made of Metal
All the hard work you've put into mining has made you incredibly tough. You receive a bonus to your total Stamina, which increases as you level.
A Lode of Ore
Though still in its experimental phase, miners may encounter Arcanite Lodes in the world. These special nodes need extra work to harvest, but they're worth the investment.
Malicious Mining
Many Creatures throughout the world can now be mined upon death to grant additional resources.
Skinning
Skinning is the rugged art of reclaiming value from the wild, harvesting hides, scales, and pelts from slain beasts. A tried-and-true system, Epoch enhances Skinning with synergistic bonuses that make it especially desirable in some combat encounters.
Beasts of the Wild
As a skinner, your appreciation for the art of hunting increases your damage against beasts and dragonkin. This bonus increases in power as you do.
Rare Hides
We've added new recipes to Epoch that utilize many of the rare hides that previously had little intrinsic value, making farming more types of skins than Devilsaur a lucrative enterprise.
A Classic Starter Profession
Skinning remains an easy profession for beginners to adopt, helping put a little extra gold in your pocket while leveling.
Tailoring
Tailoring weaves elegance and function together, turning bolts of cloth into robes, bags, and battle regalia. At Epoch, we've given new life to the loom, expanding cloth armor sets and utility items like cloaks while retaining the timeless charm of this cornerstone profession.
Embroider Your Work
Similar to the bonus available in Wrath of the Lich King, tailors have access to five tiers of embroidery thread usable on your cloak. Choose between Spell Power, Attack Power, and Stamina variants.
Cloth Scavenging
Most humanoid enemies in the world can drop cloth as a reward. Tailors have an eye for this sort of scavenging, and find more cloth from enemies in the world.
New and Reworked Recipes
Tailoring has received a number of new recipes as well as reworks to some of its signature high level crafts such as the Mooncloth pieces.
